LIGHT FIGHTERS (STAR CHILDREN SAGA #2) BY PALMER PICKERING | BOOK REVIEW | Escapist Book Tours
Light Fighters is the second book in the Star Children Saga. If you have read Moon Deeds, then you know this is a brilliantly executed science fiction fantasy that combines the elements from both genres seamlessly. I really enjoyed Moon Deeds and had a wonderful time with it. The ending had me picking this one up right after finishing it because I just couldn't wait to find out what happened after that cliffhanger ending. Light Fighters picks up right after where we left off in Moon Deeds and does a fantastic job of bringing together a wonderful story, expanding upon the already established world, and history, and adding so much…

A DANCE OF LIES (THE OUTLANDS PENTALOGY #4) BY REBECCA CRUNDEN| BOOK REVIEW
A Dance Of Lies is the 4th book in The Outlands Pentalogy. This series gets better with each book and I am all here for it. Each book focuses on a main character's POV taking us through their tumultuous lives as they fight against the oppression and tyranny of the heavily authoritarian Kingdom. A year of living in the Outlands hasn't resolved the issues building between Nate, Thom, Kitty, and the rest of the group. Their found family of people of the Kingdom and Radiants have found a routine to their lives, living day to day the best way possible. Not everyone is happy to flee from the Kingdom and…

THE LAST MIGRATION BY CHARLOTTE MCCONAGHY | BOOK REVIEW
Charlotte McConaghy brings us a beautifully poignant and heart-wrenching story that will grip you and move you beyond your imagination through The Last Migration. I didn't know what to expect when I picked it up. So, imagine my surprise when it managed to exceed my expectations and broke my heart in the process. I am an emotional mess after reading this and still feel the sadness carving deeper into my heart. You need to keep a box of tissues at hand if you are planning to read this one. Now that I have somewhat articulated my feelings toward this book; I feel like I can discuss the book more calmly.…

BOOK REVIEW : ETERNAL DARKNESS (ETERNAL DARKNESS #1) BY J.F.JOHNS
Eternal Darkness is the first book in the Eternal Darkness series. This book is a dystopian science-fiction. I have already read After Darkness which is the fourth book in this series. It takes place 160 years after the third book ended. I was intrigued by the history of the cyborg and human war and the character's past. So I requested the author for review copies and got them approved. Finally, I was able to get back into the fascinating world of humans, cyborgs, and X-prototypes. I enjoyed After darkness so much and was so excited to read the book that kicked-off the journey for humans and cyborgs. We get introduced…
BOOK REVIEW : A HISTORY OF MADNESS (THE OUTLANDS PENTALOGY #2) BY REBECCA CRUNDEN
A history of madness is the second book in The Outland's Pentalogy series. I read the first book in January. I gave the book 4.5 stars. The world-building is fascinating. We have the mutants and humans at war with each other. Both species have their own views about how the world came to be the way it is now. The humans have ruled the world that emerged after the devastation with firm hands and is ruthlessly enacting laws and regulations to keep the citizens from finding freedom. The indoctrination of the Kingdom is deeply rooted in a falsified history.
