Thank you, Netgalley and Harper Collins UK for providing me with an ARC of this book. I am leaving this review voluntarily. Dead To Her is my first experience with the author. I found the synopsis interesting and wanted to try some thrillers as I haven't been picking them up as of late. The story is a mystery, thriller and follows Marcie and Keisha. Marcie is the second wife of Jason Maddox. Her entry to the social circle was challenging and gaining acceptance from the other society wives was difficult. However, after some years, she has finally settled into the comfort of her position as Jason's wife. All sense of…
Running from a life she didn’t choose, in a city she doesn’t know, Sukanya, a young Thai girl, loses herself in Tokyo. With her Bangkok street smarts, and some stolen money, she stays ahead of her former captors willing to do anything to recover the computer she took. After befriending Chiho, a Japanese girl living in an internet café, Sukanya makes plans to rid herself of her pursuers, and her past, forever.
The Secret Notebook follows the young protagonist Riley Green. She loves science and makes a lie detector pen to elevate her status in the school where students whose influential parents study. Her lack of confidence and her insecurities about her life is evident in her thought process. Her plan is derailed when her teacher goes missing and leaves her with an important document to protect. The book was a fun ride, with adventure and sleuthing to figure out the culprit who is planning to steal the document. Riley and her friends plan to take out the person. As the story progresses we get to see the kids solve the problem…
For some reason, I have been late for my anticipated releases for the last couple of months. I have been super busy reading books and with Ramadan going on things have been a little hectic. I haven't had much time to check the new releases. So I am just getting around to it. I hope I can still bring to attention some new books to add to your list.
I read the synopsis and really liked the idea and so I requested this book. The story is about Lorna who after witnessing a murder has to go under police protection to avoid being silenced by the murderer. She meets Andrew who works as an undercover cop. He has been working on the case for some time.

A book about a guy who turned into a killer. His diary of how he turned into who he is. An expose of a man who is psychologically damaged and mentally unstable in my opinion.
The June Boys by Court Stevens is a masterfully written thriller/mystery. This book is guaranteed to rattle your emotions. A fantastic thriller with the mystery of the identity of the kidnapper a secret until the end will keep you riveted to the story throughout. Keep on reading to get to know my full thoughts.
