SYNOPSIS

AUTHOR Q & A

1. Tell us a little about yourself and how your journey as an author has been like.

Well, I’m a twenty-three-year-old soon-to-be wife (I get married on October 8th <3) with two fur babies. My family is my everything, and I love to read! My journey as an author so far has had its ups and downs, but I wouldn’t trade it for the world! I recently got invited to be an attending author at Books Gowns and Crowns in Tampa FL next year, and that made all of the frustrations worth it!

2. What is it that you loved the most about writing the series The Chronicles Of Evvalor?

I think what I’ve loved most is developing my characters, and building a world! I love Evvalor, and in Justice in Magic you only get a taste of it. There is still so much more to come!

3. What made you choose a magical academy school setting for your series?

I LOVE academia books, and so I decided I wanted to write one for myself! I’ve always loved Harry Potter, so I basically made it a magical college instead of a magical high school.

4. What is the best and worst thing about the MC Adelynn?

The best thing about Adelynn is her strength. She’s so incredibly strong despite everything she’s been through. The worst thing about her is she is still immature for her age, and she makes impulsive decisions without thinking of the consequences.

5. If Adelynn was to write an autobiography/memoir, what would the title be?

Ooohhh, that’s a tough one! I’m honestly not sure, because there are so many different points of her life you could choose to make the title. Maybe, “How my life got turned upside down by magic”.

When she’s not writing her debut novel, Justice in Magic, coming in October 2022, you can find her either watching Friends, reading a book, or spending time with her family.
